酒店管理
酒店管理專業培養具有良好的語言應用和公關能力，掌握酒店管理基本經營、管理理論技能，適應市場經濟發展需要的實用性高級酒店管理人才。掌握餐飲服務，餐廳服務和客房服務等三項基本服務技能，具有良好的禮儀修養和社交能力，具備涉外酒店管理人員的基本素質以及旅游業相關知識，能勝任旅游行政管理部門，旅游企事業單位管理的高等技術應用型人才。
酒店管理專業面向整個酒店服務產業，即酒店、娛樂、會議中心、餐飲業、機場、游船業、假日公司等等。本專業畢業的學生將有著較為廣泛的擇業范圍，除酒店服務產業外，還可以在醫院或居住社區等從事服務工作。
